           George Bernard Shaw once said, “There is no love  sincerer than the love of food.”  We at Hobbs believe that good eating is essential to good living.  We use fresh seasonal food and locally source our products.  We also strive to buy organic produce whenever possible.  We are also working with our  suppliers to ensure that they use sustainable methods.  That is why our coffee is fairly traded.
           We also believe that food should be simply prepared in small batches, so our soups and sandwiches are prepared daily using only the freshest ingredients.  Additionally everything we offer is available to go in our 100% biodegradable eco-friendly containers.  We hope you enjoy your meal at Hobbs where we  believe that good food is essential to good living.

                        William Randall, Co-founder and Executive Chef

William Randall has apprenticed under esteemed chef David Berg for the last year at Terrain at Styer's, as well as Carlino's of West Chester, and other gourmet eateries.  Needless to say, he makes the food, and this guy could make cereal taste better than the best meal you've ever had.  William is frequently on-site and offers unique dishes at our chef's dinner during the monthly First Friday festival and other scheduled times; he also personally prepares our catering offerings.

                                          Chris Del Roccoli, Head Chef

Chris trained under esteemed Master Chef Joseph Poon and brings his own unique perspective to our team.  Chris works with an eastern style cooking as opposed to Bill's french perspective, which makes for a nice balance of eastern and western cuisine.
